Creamed honey, smooth like caramel and doesn't fall off your toast in the morning! Now in a postable, leak proof, 500g container. Creamed honey is still 100% pure natural local honey with no additives. Fresh honey of just the right variety is blended gently with a seed honey, which is saved from the last batch of creamed honey. The original seed was honey which had crystallised with a very fine, smooth grain then blended gently for extra spreadability. The perfect temperature for creamed honey to stay creamed is around 14C, so you can keep it in the fridge. If you leave it in the sun and it gets too hot it will just revert back to being liquid honey - this is still fine to eat, just be quick before it runs off your toast!
